We're hosting Home Routes

The  Haliburton County Folk Society is hosting a Home Routes concert series. Home Routes is about world-class musicians, known and unknown alike, performing complete concerts in the comfortable intimacy of private homes and other non-traditional spaces. The line up for 2010/11 is as follows:

    * Wed  Oct 6 - Spook Handy - www.spookhandy.com (at the home of Don and Marie Gage)

    * Thurs Nov 4 - Ariana Gillis & David Gillis - www.arianagillis.com

    * Fri Dec 3 - Lindsay Jane - www.lindsayjane.ca

    * Sat Feb 12 - Kev Corbett - www.kevcorbett.com

    * Sun Mar 13 - Jess Reimer/Jeremy Goertzen-Hamm www.dougandjess.com

    * Tues Apr 12 - Mike Agranoff - www.mikeagranoff.com

We are looking for venues/houses in which to hold these concerts. Interested? Just imagine your living room  as a concert hall with 25-40 of your closest friends and their closest friends gathered for an evening of great music.
